We're each dust from somewhere. Mine was gathered in California. Where the wind takes it from here... who knows. But while I own it, I'll let it make music. What you hear on my first album THE PARALLEL was put together in the confines of a simple rehearsal space. The guitars, keyboards, and various stringed instruments that you hear on the album are all created by me. The drum loops are just a spine around which I wove textured waves of thought and movement. My sister was on leave from the military and offered some backup on vocals. At some point, I will explore this sonic soundscape in greater detail; a decked out studio with all the amenities will push each idea with the force of lions. For now, what I want you to receive is soul exposing music that you can relate to. When I think of artists that would enjoy my music or who have influenced me, I would hope that David Gilmore, James Taylor, Sade, and even f'in Slayer might throw this sh!t in and rock it! Keep your heads up and think of this: "The trials of life can take quite a fight…" and though this life throws its punches, we will continue to seek, “gold within the veins of our life”.
