Melbourne Australia's Aural Window premiered their first music video, "Ghost of Light", off of their new EP Cocoon and Epitropos in November 2010.
The music video was shot in an abandoned, allegedly haunted hospital in Melbourne and was directed by the team at We Are Synapse.
Melbourne Australia’s Aural Window came together as five musicians who have completely different musical influences wanted to create something that is heavy and emotional, yet melodic and memorable.
Aural Window’s influences stretch from classics like Guns N’ Roses and The Beatles to modern artists such as AFI, Saosin, Secret and Whisper. Their second EP Cocoon and Epitropos was released in April 2010 and it chronicles the love and need to protect something you truly believe in.
The band released their sophomore EP, Cocoon and Epitropos, earlier this year, receiving much acclaim for their patented blend of melodic furor within a post-hardcore dynamic. The new EP features a heavier, more elaborate sound, a departure from the pop vibe of their last recording.
