"I don't set out to be the best, I don't even take myself too seriously. My goal is to make sounds. Thats it. No more, no less. Sound is the essence of all existence in this universe. The vibration, the frequency. So in other words, I make universe glue for fun. And even though the title suggests DJ, I prefer making music, rather than mashing a bunch of it together."
Trained in classical music at the age of 8, he picked up the flute, clarinet, saxophone, eventually moving on to marching band snare drums, trumpet, and finally guitar. His first ideals of music started from Japanese styled flute concertos eventually spanning into grunge rock, alternative, old school hip hop, and metal. Hailing from small town Belleville Illinois, or Bellevegas as known by his peers he was able to travel around local music scenes picking up influences from a wide variety of local artists as well as home grown jazz styles known to the area. "I stopped playing instruments as much to use as an outlet because I only have 2 arms."
Eventually moving to Las Vegas would expose him to a culture that never sleeps accompanied by baselines and neon lights. This new environment would send him spiraling into the electronic culture, and spur a new found passion for creating artwork that never sleeps.
