Shortly after drummer Ido and guitarist Tom had met around 2003, they found similar tastes in music, and both started playing drums and guitar, respectively.

Ever since, they had tried to start different musical projects together, but none of them worked too well until 5 years later, when they met the bassist Eyal.

In 2008, Absence of Sanctity was born.
