Officially born in 2010 in San Francisco, SG (AKA Stiletto Ghetto) has been a work in progress for Nicolas Vesin since the early 90's when he started writing guitar-driven music for a concept similar to female-fronted band Niagara while leaning heavily on the Blues. At just 18, Nicolas started playing live weekly in East-Bay blues clubs like Eli's Mile High Club (part of the house band), the Fifth Amendment and Starry Plough (among others) which allowed him to develop his own blues styling and learn the trade first-hand from old soul and blues pros.
The band has since released original music on Steve Vai's Digital Nations label ("Tendernob Hillbillies" album), contributed a track to the latest Ozzy Tribute album (Nicolas' favorite Ozzy track, "Tomorrow", Versailles Records), and been featured in the "Hell or High Water" movie ("I'm Blessed").
