“ "Lie to me"....the 1997 B&W video on YouTube has two versions to show. One is in very bad shape and the other has been fixed up to be very clear. If you watch it...pay attention to Jonny's face and body language..He just can't put ENOUGH of HIMSELF out there in this rendition...His inner soul just flies out thru his guitar and his face is the epitome of anguish and ecstasy at the same time... I first saw and heard Jonny on the Blues Brothers movie. . I absolutely love this guy. He is so much more toned down now. Somehow artists who are in the deepest parts of their soul perform, write and sing at the top of the possible heights a human can reach. Don't know why that is. Now that he has mellowed as a person, I do not get off on his sound as much.. but I'll tell you ..this video of LIE TO ME from 1997 will knock your socks off. ”
